6:57 p.m. Today has been super busy....had a venti iced coffee and a granola bar on the run this morning....then 1oz of cheese at 3:00, then chicken and little cabbage for dinner at 5:30. Going to paint now,,,then walk when it cools off...it is still 98 degrees here!!!!!!Ned to get lots of water in still!!!!!
