11:00 a.m. 20 oz iced tea...

1:30 p.m. Chicken salad in a bowl with 1/2 oz cheddar cheese--20 oz iced tea

7:00 p.m. 6 0z steak and ..YIKES....sweet potato fries about 20. the small thin kind ( not shoestring), but not the big thick ones....you see...yesterday I :fell" with the bread...now today..the fries..it's so much easier to fall the second time.
