8:30 a.m. Greek (5 oz)yogurt- 1 1/2 Tablespoons oat bran, coffee
11:00 a.m. Pepperoini rounds16 oz water ( while teaching clinic)
1:30 p.m. venti iced coffee.....pepperoni rounds, cheese stick'
2:30 p.m.20 oz water
4:30 p.m. beef patty with cheese...16 oz water
11:00 p.m. salami with cream cheese wrapped 10 wheat thins ( not on program)
12:00 p.m. Atkin Reeses..( not on program)
Fighting discouragement...the scale has not budged i a week, though I know I am losing, clothes ate looser, arms, face, etc....thinner...I have hit my first pleateau

Today was officially Day 1 of week 6.....I am only down 8 lbs....so behind schedule....did not walk tonight....foot is hurting a lot....wore bad tennies to stand and teach all day...good tennies had doggy doo on them...no time to clean them yet....will post goals on Friday's post...
