Hmmmmm....after spending the last 2 days at the hospital with my mom, my thoughts are lingering on HEALTH!

"To keep the body in good health is a duty.....
Otherwise, we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear"

This is really true, and if the body is not healthy, we do not have the energy to do any of life well....our jobs suffer, our relationships suffer....

There are things that arise in health that are out of our control....but I believe much of what arises in our health is completely in our control, both the good and the bad.

I have some new choices to make....how about you?
