On the road early to teach a blog workshop..no time for coffee or food....
10:00 a.m.Coffee with 1/2&1/2

2:30 p.m.3 Chicken strips from Chick filet --large iced tea

8:00 1/2 candy bar in the car..large iced tea...

Need to eat...but no appetite...gonna go for a walk then maybe eat....
Very long work days the past few weeks..many nights at my desk until 2:00 a.m. losing that little bit of balance that I had reclaimed...okay...gonna get back on track...gotta walk or ride the bike for at least 30 min....burn off some stress if nothing else..more later:)


Did NOT exercise...when I left the computer it was raining outside...just had no motivation to do the bike..so painted instead!! Struggling with motivation to exercise....
