Club 47 Friends.......
Today was better.....only a little crying.....but I am feeling a bit sick....under the weather...I promise to begin writing in more detail again on Friday....gotta get these next two hurdles under my belt!!:)
And...the scale finally moved down another 2 pounds..YEAH!!!!
That puts me at about 14 lost...
9:30 a.m. Coffee
10:00 a.m. Nonfat Greek yogurt with splenda and oat bran
1:00 p.m. 1 cup pasta with chicken...water
3:00 p.m. small vanilla cone..McDonalds...water
8:00 p.m. 1/2 chicken breast...mashed potatoes...diet coke
11:06 p.m. I got in a 45 min power walk..Yeah!!!, and a 16 oz glass of water....
