I was gone all day today, working at the gallery in Denver....

8:30 p.m. Coffee

9:45 p.m. 20 oz iced coffee on the road

12:30 3 Pieces of thin pastrami lunch meat with cream cheese, rolled up.
16 0z water

3:00 p.m.5 oz greek yogurt with splenda
16 0z water

7:00 p.m. small steak, 16 oz water, margarita ( should NOT have had the margarita...then had ice cream)..why oh why...did I mess up tonight when the scale had finally gone down again....no idea..stressed form the traffic..long day..still really tired..i don't know.,.need to walk tonight, but feel like going to bed..another very long day tomorrow....

I could not get internet on my computer at the gallery today..so am behind on admin..but I did get 2 small paintings done today.
